My name is Sommayya. I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Morocco, but for the past five years, I’ve been living in Canada, which has become my second home. I’m a proud mother of two wonderful daughters and hold a master’s degree in biology.

Like many mums out there, balancing the different roles in life—being a mother, a professional, and a homemaker—has been both rewarding and challenging. It inspired me to create MumEssentials, a space where I can share what I’ve learned and help other mums navigate their journey.
